Our room was new-fashioned and huge with a mini bar fridge, air conditioner, and an electronic key card. Location: the hotel was near to the town square and centre of many cafes and restaurants as well as the local marketplace, and the mountain.

The family room was great with amenities like air conditioning, a minibar, and an electronic key card, plus the location was perfect, just a short walk to all the places I wanted to visit.

The location was magnificent, just off the central park and local marketplace. the new-fashioned room was truly comfortable, and the homemade breakfast was fabulous. the hotel met all my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom was equipped with shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets, making it a great place to stay.

The hotel has a very central location near many major attractions. It is in a walkable area. It is right at Slipstream Sculpture. The monorail station to Fansipan cable car station is nearby.

Friendly staff, comfortable room, good breakfast, great location, helpful with itinerary.

The breakfast at Ladybird Sapa was delicious and had a good variety of options. We were also impressed with the central location of the hotel, making it easy for us to explore the area on foot. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted so kindly and with big smiles. the staff is amazing and always eager to help. the location is perfect, right in the center of everything. the food was delicious with a good variety of dishes, and they also offered complementary coffee and tea throughout the day. the room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. Complementary bottle of wine was a great surprise.

Our family had an amazing stay at this cozy hotel. the location was perfect, as we were right in the center of the town, near the church, and right in front of the central park. There were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a great view. the bathroom was also spacious and very nice. the service was exceptional, with the staff being very friendly and helpful. the breakfast was simple but good, and the wifi was excellent. We also appreciated the elevator and the fact that the hotel was very quiet.

I recently stayed in a hotel right in the center of Chapai in Sa Pa and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. They even stored my bag until my room was ready, which was a nice touch. Secondly, the rooms on the second floor were spacious and clean, with two large comfy beds. Lastly, the homemade breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and a great way to start the day.

In all honesty, I couldn't find a single thing to fault about this hotel. Everything was just perfect!
